Refund policy

21 Day Returns:

We have a 21-day return policy, which means you have 21 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, the hygiene seals must not be removed, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

The return period will expire after 21 days from the day on which you acquire, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you acquires, physical possession of the order. Returns need to be sent back to us and received within 30 days of the date of the order.

Upon return, all products undergo inspection. If a product is returned that is not it’s original condition, with the hygiene seals intact, damaged, or unsaleable, a refund cannot be granted and the product may need to be returned to you at your expense for delivery costs.

We aim to process returns within 14 days of receipt of the Product into our warehouse. In the case of refunds, they are refunded to the original payment method used when placing the order.

Product Faults:

If your product is faulty, email us at hello@milkandblush.com within 30 days of receipt. Human hair extensions are perishable, so prompt reporting is necessary. We will assist you in resolving the issue
