I am very happy with the slim, highlighted, tape-ins that I purchased. The hair quality is excellent, the color is perfect, and they've held up well. I've had them in for 4 weeks and I've only had 2 or 3 come out. They are very thin which is perfect for my fine hair. I only got 1 packet - I'd say order at least 2 packets if you want volume. I would definitely order again. I wish they offered them in a 14 inch length.

The Sandy Ombré colour looked very different in person compared to the pictures on the website. I assumed the test piece was just an outlier and opened the full set, thinking the rest would match — but unfortunately, they were all quite off. Since I opened the full pack, I couldn’t return them, which was really frustrating.
It would help massively if the product images could be viewed full-screen and if real, unfiltered photos taken on iPhones were provided alongside the studio shots. Choosing the right shade — especially for blondes — feels like complete guesswork with the current images.
I would like to add images to my review to show the difference between the advertised colour and the colour I got. There is currently a fault on the website and it won’t let me.

I ordered 2x packs of tape in extensions from Milk & Blush - I only received one packet. After a lot of back and fourth they have deemed there is nothing they can do. The customer service reps have been lovely but I am super disappointed in this, I have basically paid twice for one packet and feel at a massive loss because they don't believe me/ how do I prove this!? They also can't prove to me they packed both packets.
I ordered this hair for my wedding and now I'm out of pocket and I am not sure what to do or how to escalate this further. My wedding hair has been ruined.
I wouldn't recommend this company at all. I wish I looked at reviews beforehand because they're mainly negative.

I have always used milk and blush for clip in extensions in the past and over the past 2 years have had a weave in so I went away from clip in extensions. I recently wanted to give my hair a break from the weave so I purchased some new pieces from milk and blush and somehow made a mistake when purchasing and the page reset, I had to contact the customer services at milk and blush and the staff member called “Ellen” was so helpful and sorted everything out for me within a few hours, I really needed the extensions before Wednesday morning as I have a wedding to attend and she couldn’t of done more for me, I was absolutely delighted with the service and received my extensions the next day! The overall quality of the hair extensions is unbeatable, I have tried a few other websites and the quality just wasn’t the same and they didn’t last me as long. If I ever decide to get more permanent extensions in the future I will also be purchasing from milk and blush. I couldn’t recommend milk and blush more or the customer service I got from Ellen !!

As a hairstylist who goes through a lot of hair weekly, I’ve tried nearly every extension brand out there. Most are hit or miss, great one order, disappointing the next. I find Milk & Blush are easily the most consistent! The only brand I trust on both my clients and myself. Definitely recommend!!

Honestly can say that the expert advice got my hair colour spot on! I ordered the beach blonde extensions for my wedding day. They are soo soft and match my hair so well 🥹 thank you so much I can’t wait see what they look like with the finished look 👰🏼♀️🫶🏻

Wouldn’t recommend.
I purchased hair extensions from Milk & Blush in January and the quality has been so disappointing. After just two washes, and despite following all the recommended care tips and using their suggested leave-in silicone spray, the hair started matting and shedding excessively. Within a month, it had shedded to nearly half its original length. I’ve worn extensions for years and have never experienced such poor quality hair - I do not believe I was sent 100% Remy human hair.
While the customer service team was initially responsive, they have since stopped responding to my complaint. It has been over a month with no resolution, despite multiple emails. Given the price and expectations, I’m extremely disappointed and would not recommend these extensions.

Order the one piece hair extension - it arrived and didn’t come with a sample like the larger packs so had no choice but to open and check the colour match ( the window isn’t very clear) and to check the quality of hair. Quality of the hair wasn’t the best, I think it could be a mix of synthetic and human hair. I returned it as it’s too light, however because I opened the pack they’re policy states it’s non refundable. On top of that I have to now pay for return postage. Do not buy!!
